1. Who this policy covers
义乌市卢升跨境电子商务有限公司 (Lusheng), Yiwu, Zhejiang, China, is responsible for information it processes for Lusheng Video Publisher. This policy covers the application's public pages and the video upload integration at api.lusheng.pro. The integration is being configured; descriptions of authorization and upload processing below apply when those features are made available and you choose to use them.
2. Information and purposes
- Website requests: hosting systems may process IP addresses, browser details, request times and security logs to deliver pages and protect the service.
- Authorized TikTok profile: user identifiers, display name and avatar supplied through user.info.basic are used to identify the connected account and help you check the upload destination.
- Authorization credentials: access/refresh tokens, granted scopes and expiry information are used to perform and maintain only the authorized connection. We do not request your TikTok password.
- Selected content: the video you choose and its technical properties, such as file type and size, are processed to transfer it to TikTok. Upload identifiers, processing status, timestamps and error information are used to show results and resolve failures.
- Support: messages and contact details you voluntarily send are used to answer requests and resolve issues.
We use information for the service you request, authorization you provide, service security and applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use uploaded videos for advertising profiles or model training. The current planned permission scope does not request your private messages, follower lists or shop order data.
3. Sharing and locations
At your request, selected videos and necessary account authorization are sent to TikTok. TikTok processes them under its own terms and privacy policy. Hosting, infrastructure and security providers process information needed to operate our pages and service. Our company operates in China and the API service is hosted in Singapore; TikTok and infrastructure providers may process data in other locations under their applicable arrangements. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect rights and service security. We limit disclosures to their stated purpose and use safeguards required by applicable law.
4. Storage and security
Tokens must be held on the service side with encryption and access restrictions, never in public pages or application logs. Access is limited to authorized operations and support. Technical logs should exclude raw tokens and video content. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed perfectly secure. We retain information only for the service purpose, necessary troubleshooting, security or legal obligations. The upload service is not a permanent video archive; temporary copies are to be removed when transfer or failure handling no longer requires them. Connection data is to be removed when disconnected or following a verified deletion request, except records that must be retained for legal or security reasons. Retained records are restricted to that purpose; backup copies are removed through their normal replacement cycle.
5. Your choices and deletion requests
You choose whether to authorize an account and which video to send. Revoke authorization in TikTok's connected-app settings to stop future access. To request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent, email sknaiyo@gmail.com with the subject “Lusheng Video Publisher privacy request” and enough account context to identify your records. Do not send passwords, verification codes, tokens or identity documents unless a necessary secure verification process has been separately agreed. We may request proportionate proof of account control and will respond within applicable legal time limits. Removing our connection or data does not delete posts or copies already held by TikTok; manage those within TikTok or contact TikTok.
6. Cookies, young users and updates
These legal pages do not add analytics, advertising trackers or forms. Infrastructure may use technical measures to serve and secure requests. The API service may use necessary session and authorization cookies. The service is intended for people eligible to operate the relevant account, not children below the applicable minimum age. If you believe a child's information was provided improperly, contact us. We will update this policy when processing changes and give additional notice or obtain consent where required.
