1. Operator and scope
Lusheng Video Publisher is provided by 义乌市卢升跨境电子商务有限公司 (Lusheng), based in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China. These terms cover this application's pages and its video upload service at api.lusheng.pro. Contact: sknaiyo@gmail.com. They do not replace the terms of TikTok or other platforms.
2. Service and availability
The intended Upload to TikTok function lets an authorized user select a video and send it to TikTok for further editing and posting. After a successful upload, you must open the notification in your TikTok inbox and complete the posting flow. Uploading is not the same as publishing. Availability depends on implementation, platform approval, account eligibility and platform limits. The integration is currently being configured and is not yet available for general use. We do not promise approval, uninterrupted service, publication, reach or sales results.
3. Account authorization and your choices
Use only accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and meet the eligibility and age requirements applicable to your account and region. Authorization takes place on TikTok's own pages. Never send us your TikTok password or verification code. Review requested permissions before authorizing. Select and review each video before initiating an upload. You may stop using the service or revoke access through TikTok's connected-app settings.
4. Content rights and permitted use
You retain ownership of your content. You grant Lusheng only the permission necessary to handle and transmit the content you select, and to obtain the processing status of your requested upload. You must have the rights and permissions needed for the video, music, images and appearances of other people. Follow applicable law and TikTok's terms and community rules. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content, use accounts without permission, send spam, circumvent platform limits or interfere with security.
5. Data and confidentiality
Our Privacy Policy explains information processing, service providers, retention and requests to delete data. Do not include passwords, private customer records or unnecessary personal information in videos or support messages. TikTok separately processes content and account data under its own policies.
6. Charges, suspension and ending use
These terms do not create a paid subscription or authorize any charge. Any future paid service requires a separate, clear agreement before payment. We may restrict or suspend access where needed to address misuse, security problems, legal requirements or platform restrictions. You may stop using the service at any time. Revocation stops future authorized use; it does not automatically remove content already transmitted to or published on TikTok.
7. Responsibility and changes
You are responsible for your chosen content, account permissions and final posting decisions. We are responsible for providing our service with reasonable care. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update these terms as the service changes; the current version and effective date appear on this page. Material changes affecting active users will be communicated before they take effect where required. For questions or disputes, contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue. This page does not select a court or waive mandatory consumer protections.
